Shipping Policy – Cooklet

At Cooklet, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, and orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 7–12 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities usually take 5–8 business days, while other locations may take 7–12 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand. We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via  WhatsApp to track your order in real time. Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details, as incorrect information or unavailability may lead to failed delivery and return of the order. In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner may try re-delivery or contact you directly. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment; once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
